Does it taste like anything?
It’s unflavored, so it tastes like its ingredients — earthy, a little bitter, mostly from the reishi. It mixes into water. Some prefer it in warm water, like a tea.
When do you drink it?
Ten minutes before you sit. One scoop in water, then a short wait while it settles, then the cushion.
Is there caffeine in it?
No. None of the four ingredients contains caffeine. It isn’t a stimulant.
Is this a subscription?
No. One jar, one charge. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Order again whenever the jar runs low.
Is it safe during pregnancy, nursing, or with medication?
Monk Mode is intended for adults 18 and older. It contains ashwagandha, which is not for use during pregnancy or while nursing. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Why root powder ashwagandha, and not an extract?
Honesty, mostly. Root powder is the traditional Ayurvedic form. Most modern trials use concentrated extracts, so Monk Mode doesn’t borrow those results to describe a root powder. What’s on the panel is what’s in the jar.
Can I mix it into tea or coffee?
Yes. Water is simplest, but warm water or tea suits the earthy taste. Coffee works too, though it will carry caffeine that the powder does not.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Monk Mode ships within the United States.
What’s the refund policy?
The first bottle is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, including opened bottles. No return is required. Email the contact address in the footer with the order number. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How long does shipping take?
US shipping is free. Orders ship within 2–3 business days. US delivery takes two to four days.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Monk Mode is intended for adults 18 years and older.
Is it vegan? Any allergens?
The panel lists four ingredients, and none is a major allergen. A formal allergen and vegan statement is still with the manufacturer, and will be published when it lands.
