We want Monk Mode to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time task. We review the site as we build and update it, and we work to fix issues we find. Because parts of the site change over time and some content comes from third-party tools, there may be areas that don't yet fully meet our target. We treat those as things to fix, not as acceptable gaps.
